When will my order ship?Updated 2 months ago

Thanks for placing your Beekman 1802 order! 

For Order Status Inquiries, be sure to use our Track Your Order page or Track and manage my orders option through our Chat feature.  

Orders are marked as Unfulfilled on the Track Your Order page until it has been prepared for shipment. Once fulfilled for shipment; tracking history updates will be provided by the carrier service handling your package. 

*Please note that the Neighbor Services Team is not able to view any additional information beyond what is shown on the tracking history page. 



Beekman 1802 Shipping Policy:

Expected delivery for Standard Ground Shipping is 5-6 business days from the time the order is shipped (fulfilled) for U.S. Shipping. 

During peak times (Holiday and Warehouse Sale), order preparation may be extended to 7-10 business days and then shipped. 

Expedited orders ship within 2-3 business days.

We ship Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST; weekends or US holidays do not count as business days.

We ship most U.S. orders via FedEx or USPS.

*All international orders (except Canadian orders) are sent via DHL Express Shipping.

Once your order has been scanned for shipment, you'll receive a shipping email with your tracking number. 


The estimated delivery date of your package is provided by the carrier service. Once the carrier has an estimated timeframe available, they will update this information on your tracking history.
