Beekman 1802 accepts returns of items purchased directly from beekman1802.com within 30 days of your delivery date.
How to start a return
Submit a Contact Us form with your order number, the items you're returning, and your reason for the return. Completing this step ensures your refund is processed as quickly as possible.
Return shipping
A flat $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund timeline
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3 business days and will appear in your original payment account within 10 business days.
A few things to keep in mind
- We do not offer exchanges at this time.
- Refunds reflect the purchase price and applicable sales tax, minus the $8 return shipping fee.
- Partial gift sets cannot be returned — only complete gift sets are eligible.
- The Annual Advent Calendar is final sale and not eligible for return.
- Warehouse Sale purchases and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
- We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. If you have a concern, contact Neighbor Services with your tracking number.
- We are not responsible for personal damages (dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc.).
- We reserve the right to review high volumes of return activity to protect against misuse and ensure a positive shopping experience for all Neighbors.

Returning to the Sharon Springs Kindness Shop
Items purchased from the Kindness Shop can be returned in-store or by mail following the same policy above. Online orders from beekman1802.com can also be returned in-store — just bring your order number. This policy applies to direct Kindness Shop purchases only; independent retail partners are excluded.
Purchased from a retail partner?
Items bought through other retailers (including TV Shopping partners) must be returned directly to that retailer under their return policy. Beekman 1802 cannot process returns, exchanges, or replacements for purchases made elsewhere.
