My package says "confirmed" but I haven't received any other updates. Where is my package?Updated 2 months ago
If your tracking history notes "Confirmed" or "Pre-Shipment," this indicates that the package has been prepared for shipment and is awaiting the first scan by the carrier.
The tracking scan updates to the history and the estimated delivery date of your package are provided by the Carrier Service that is carrying your package.
We do apologize if the carrier has not scanned any updates to your tracking history. Occasionally, carriers may miss a scan due to an error or skip a scan due to nationwide heavy shipping volumes, local delays or weather related delays.
Please keep a close eye on your tracking history page for updates from the Carrier.

Expected delivery for Standard Shipping is about 5-6 business days from the time the order is fulfilled for shipment.
If your order is not delivered by the 6th business day after the order was fulfilled for shipment, please reply to this correspondence along with a confirmation of the shipping address.
