How do I cancel my order?Updated 2 months ago

Orders can be cancelled within one hour after the order has been placed. 

You can cancel your order: 

  • On your order confirmation page after placing your order. 
  • On the My Orders page in your Beekman 1802 Account on our Website. 
  • On the My Orders page in your Beekman 1802 Account on our App.

After the one-hour window has passed, the Cancel button will no longer be visible. 

*If your order has already been prepared for shipment, changes can no longer me made to that order and we recommend refusing the package at the time of delivery so that it can be returned to us by the carrier for a refund to your original payment method.
