How do I cancel my order?Updated a month ago

Orders can be cancelled within one hour after the order has been placed.  

You can cancel your order in one of the following places:
  • On your order confirmation page after placing your order. 
  • On the My Orders page in your Beekman 1802 Account on our Website. 
  • On the My Orders page in your Beekman 1802 Account on our App.


If the order is within the one-hour cancellation window, a Cancel button will be visible on the Order Confirmation page. 


If your order has passed the one-hour window, it can no longer be cancelled. The cancel button will no longer be visible as it is not eligible for cancellation. The following message that the order can no longer be cancelled will appear. 



If your order cannot be cancelled, we recommend refusing the package at the time of delivery or at your local carrier facility so that it can be returned to us by the carrier for a refund to your original payment method.


*Submitting a request or visiting this article will not automatically cancel your order. You must visit one of the pages above and click the applicable Cancel order button.
