Orders can be cancelled within one hour after the order has been placed.

- On the My Orders page in your Beekman 1802 Account on our App.
**Submitting this request will not automatically cancel your order. You must visit one of the pages above and click the applicable Cancel order button.
If your order has passed the one-hour window, it can no longer be cancelled.
*If your order cannot be cancelled, we recommend refusing the package at the time of delivery or at your local carrier facility so that it can be returned to us by the carrier for a refund to your original payment method.
