An item in my order was damaged when it arrived.Updated 4 months ago

If an item is received damaged upon arrival, we, firstly, sincerely apologize for this occurrence. 

Please use the Track and manage my orders feature in the main chat view to select the Order Number this damaged occured in and then click Report Issue. From there, follow the prompts and questions based the issue. Once submitted, a Neighbor Services Representative will be with you shortly. 

*If outside of business hours, a representative will be in touch within one business day.
