How does the CashBack offer work?Updated 2 months ago

So what exactly is CashBack?

Our CashBack offer is a way to reward you for shopping with us! We offer a couple different variations of this offer:

  • New neighbors who sign up for our email newsletter and/or text messages can receive 20% Cash Back on their first full-priced order. Be sure to click the unique link in those messages so your personal cash back offer applies to checkout. 
  • We also offer special Cash Back promotions on full-priced orders sitewide. We definitely recommend signing up for our emails & texts so you can stay informed of these special sitewide promotions. 

When placing your order, double check to make sure the Cash Back off is added to your cart. It will look like an item in your order. 

After you place your order, you'll receive a separate email to choose whether you want your CashBack as a Beekman 1802 E-Gift Card or as a prepaid Visa card you can use anywhere. 

CashBack Terms & Conditions

  • *CashBack is not valid if a coupon or sale is applied to the order.
  • *CashBack is only valid on full-priced orders.
  • *CashBack excludes E-Gift Card and Subscription purchases. 
  • *CashBack does not take a percentage % off of your order at the time the order is placed. It is a post-order promotional offer sent after the order is placed.  
  • *CashBack is suspended if the order is refunded within the holding period.  
  • *CashBack is only valid on orders placed on beekman1802.com. CashBack is not eligible towards orders placed in the Beekman 1802 App. 
  • *CashBack emails will come from our partners at [email protected]. 

*Currently, CashBack only supports orders placed in USD. Not eligible on international orders at this time.

Why is there a holding period?

We trust you, but to ensure that fraudsters don't take advantage of the CashBack system, there is a holding period that corresponds with our return and refund window. Our holding period is 45 days after the order is placed. Once this has passed, you will be able to use your CashBack! 

*Orders that are returned within our 30 day of delivery window or orders that receive any type of refund during this holding period are no longer eligible for CashBack. 


Why do I need to enter my birthdate?

The reason a date of birth has to be provided is to ensure we are not issuing CashBack to minors. If a date of birth is entered that our system flags as below the age of 18, we cannot issue the CashBack. This information stays completely confidential and not stored within our system.


If you select the B.1802 E-Gift Card:

Your B.1802 CashBack Gift Card can be used on the payment page of checkout. At checkout you will see a field that says "Gift Card or Discount Code" where you can enter the gift card code and click "Apply".

*Please note this gift card cannot be combined with any other promotions or discount on the same order.


If you select the Prepaid Award E-Gift Card:

This Prepaid Award E-Gift Card can be used anywhere online that accepts prepaid E-gift Cards (such as visa, mastercard, etc)--which is pretty much everywhere! To use it, you can enter the card details on the checkout page when making an online purchase just like you would use a typical credit or debit card.

*Please note that most retailers only allow one payment method per purchase. Your order total may need to be equal to or less than your Prepaid Award CashBack amount for this card to apply to that purchase. 

*If your balance is low and you'd like to add this Prepaid Award Card to your Apple or Google wallet, you can complete the following steps: 
  1.  Go to your Wallet
  2. Click the "+" in the top right corner of the screen
  3. Enter the virtual Visa card details
  4. You will be prompted to verify the card. Please choose the "Email" option. This will reroute the email to your personal email. The email will come from beekman1802@getfondue.com and the subject line will be "Your CashBack Visa Verification Code".
  5. The email will contain a code, which you can enter in your wallet to verify and add the card.
  6. From there you can transfer it to your bank or a Paypal account.
