Why isn't my refill pod fitting into my Jumbo Bloom Cream properly?Updated 9 months ago

The Refill Pods were designed to work with Bloom Cream Jumbos purchased after 4/23/24. 

With the launch of the refill pods we also redesigned the shell and dispensing mechanism of the Jumbo Bloom Cream container to work with the refill pods. 

If your Jumbo Bloom Cream was purchased before 4/23/24, we recommend purchasing a new Jumbo Bloom Cream.
