Why isn't my Milk RX Serum pumping evenly?Updated a few seconds ago

We wanted to give you a quick update on the Milk Rx Advanced Better Aging Serum. Some of you have let us know that the pump isn’t working as expected—and we completely understand how frustrating that can be. Please rest assured that every bottle contains the full 1.0 fl oz of product, even if it feels lighter than usual. 

The serum is crafted with a precise 2:1 ratio—two parts Deep Wrinkle Serum, one part Brightening Serum—combining two powerhouse formulas in one pump. Because of this, you might notice uneven amounts of each color when pumped—but that’s completely normal and part of what makes this formula so effective.  

Rest assured, it may take a few pumps to prime the bottle so both serums dispense in the correct ratio. Be sure to press the dispenser all the way down firmly to dispense both the white and yellow serums. 

If the serum is not dispensing at all from the chamber, hold the serum upright and gently tap the bottom against a flat surface and try again. 

Toward the end of the bottle, you might run out of one serum before the other due to a slight overfill of one formula—this is expected and ensures you're getting the full benefit of the dual delivery system.
