Why are there left behind particles from Laundry Soap after washing?Updated a year ago
All machines vary just a little, so sometimes it may take a little experimenting to find what works best for your machine. If you're finding particles left behind, we recommend a few troubleshooting methods:
1. Reduce the amount of Laundry Soap you use per load (especially if you have an HE machine)
2. Reduce the load size (a heavy load may be "too full" and not allow particles to fully distribute and dissolve between laundry articles.)
3. Add an extra rince to the wash cycle
4. Make sure to regularly clean your washing machine after each load with our Happy Place Washing Machine Cleaner or run a Self-Clean Cycle about every 20 washes.

If after some experimenting, you're still not finding the right fit with the Laundry Soap powder, we recommend trying our new Liquid Laundry Soap.
