What should I do if I experience irritation?Updated a year ago

While our products are safe and gentle for senstive skin, we understand that each individual may have their own unique sensitivies. If you experience any irritation when using a Beekman 1802 (or any) product, we recommend discontinuing use of that product. 

If you're introducing multiple new products at one time and experiencing any irritation, we recommend discontinuing use of all temporarily. In a test spot, introduce each product one a time for a few days to identify which product may be causing the irritation. Discontinue use of the product causing irritation. 

In the unlikely event of any serious irritation, please contact your physician.

Beekman 1802 accepts returns of items purchased directly from beekman1802.com within 30 days of the delivery date. 

           To start the return process for your Beekman 1802 order, please visit the Beekman 1802 Return Center with your order number ready and follow the prompts in the return questionnaire. Be sure to use the email address associated with your order.   
           Once complete, your Return Documents will be sent to your email address. Return shipping costs are a $8 flat rate and will be deducted from your final refund. Beekman 1802 does not pay for return shipping. 

If the product was purchased from a retail partner, please be sure to contact the original purchasing retailer for assistance with your order. 

             Beekman 1802 is not able to assist with order inquiries of orders placed through an alternate retailer. 

             Retail Partner Return Policy: Beekman 1802 items purchased from other retailers, including TV Shopping Retail Partners, should be returned to the original retailer within the terms set forth by the retail partner’s return policy. Beekman 1802 and the Beekman 1802 Kindness Shop are not able to process returns, exchanges or product replacements from purchases made with other retailers.
