The seal on my Milk Therapy Shampoo/Conditioner is difficult to remove.Updated 2 months ago

We have identified with the seals on some of our Milk Therapy Haircare bottles. In certain cases, the plastic seal may separate unevenly, leaving behind a thin film that makes it unclear whether the seal has been fully removed. 

While this does not affect the quality or safety of the product inside, we understand that it can make unsealing frustrating and messy — and that’s not the experience we want you to have. 

As a temporary workaround, some members of our community have found success puncturing the seal instead of peeling it.
