My Bloom Cream isn't blooming properlyUpdated 7 months ago
Sometimes you may find that, just like a flower, every bloom may be a little different and that is okay!
If your Bloom Cream has stopped dispensing, there may be an air pocket caught inside the mechanism. A few ways to troubleshoot this include:
- Pointing the bottle upside down and bopping it firmly on the bottom 1 or 2 times (like a diner style ketchup bottle)
- Rotating the top several rotations
- Priming the dispenser blankly for several pumps
If you find your Bloom Cream is dispensing a partial Bloom:
- Press down on one side of the dispenser top, the product will dispense out of the petal opposite of the side you're pressing on. Do this slowly opposite each petal until each petal has bloomed.
If you find these trouble shooting methods aren't quite working for your Bloom Cream, we do recommend reaching out to the original purchasing retailer to process a return for an exchange if available or refund. If purchased from us directly, please reach out to us with your order number and the lot number on the bottom of your Bloom Cream jar.
