The Neighbor Rewards program is our free loyalty rewards program that shows our appreciation to Neighbors, like you, when you shop with us on our website or in-store at our Kindness Shop. Neighbors may also earn points for other engagements on our site. Loyalty points can be redeemed for Rewards codes to use towards your future eligible purchases!
Neighbor Rewards tiers all start at the Bronze level. As you continue to shop & earn, you'll also begin to move towards the higher tiers, Silver (Spent $200) & G.O.A.T. (Spent $500), each with their own exclusive perks.
Once you're ready to redeem your points, log in at checkout and select your redemption amount from the Rewards drop down right at checkout.

Neighbor Rewards codes cannot be reversed. You can always locate your redeemed codes in your Neighbor Rewards Points History. Redeemed Rewards Codes expire one year after redemption.
Neighbor Rewards codes can not be combined with other coupon codes or promotions and are not redeemable on subscriptions and subscribe & save purchases.
Neighbor Rewards points expire after one year. Tier status expires one year if tier goal is not met.
