Most of our Hand &amp; Body Wash and Lotion bottles are shipped with the pump separate from the bottle. This allows you to install the pump when you are ready to use.&#xA0; Sometimes, limited edition scents or specific scent collections may come with the pump pre-installed before shipment. Currently, the only scent collection that ships with the pump pre-installed is the Coconut Cream Hand &amp; Body Wash and Lotion.
